Processing Time All orders are handcrafted and carefully packed with love in Bendigo, Australia. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch.

Shipping Rates We currently ship within Australia only.

• Standard Shipping — $10.00 AUD (3–7 business days)
• Express Shipping — $15.00 AUD (1–3 business days)
• Free Standard Shipping — on orders over $100.00 AUD

Delivery Times Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Remote areas may require additional transit time.

Packaging Every order is thoughtfully packaged to ensure your candles and diffusers arrive safely. As our products are fragile, we take extra care in packing each item.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@ariaandjettcandles.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will do our best to make it right.
