Refund Policy

We want you to love your Aria & Jett purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ariaandjettcandles.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on:

• Opened or used candles and reed diffusers
• Sale items or gift cards
• Custom or personalised orders

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
